Ryan Shoemaker is a Mortgage Consultant and Partner. Ryan helps clients navigate the complexity of over 400 mortgage loan programs available from the nation’s top mortgage lenders. Over the past year, inappropriate mortgage loans have led to the financial ruin of many Americans. Ryan helps clients understand the impact of loan type, interest rate risks, down payments, monthly payment, and tax issues so clients are better equipped to make their mortgage decision. Ryan designs strategic mortgage options and provides clients with a side-by-side comparison illustrating the true cost of each option over time.

Ryan constantly monitors U.S. financial markets and economic data and monitors the impact on mortgage rates. This experience combined with the large number of mortgage loan products available, provides Ryan’s clients a distinct advantage in securing their interest rate.

Ryan Shoemaker is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and serves on the Legislative Committee for the Nebraska Association of Mortgage Brokers. Ryan is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is the first mortgage consultant in a four-state area to earn the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist®.

Ryan has worked in mortgage banking since 2002. Formerly, Ryan worked as a Product Manager for TD Ameritrade, Marketing Manager for AAA Nebraska and Marketing Manager for BASF Chemical. Ryan is a cum laude graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a B.S. in Business Administration. Ryan lives in Omaha with his wife Vanessa and daughters Gabriella and Sofia.
